There have been many problems since Christmas. So if you are affected just hang tight! GANZ is struggling to fix it and put future updates into place. Meanwhile just pass the time by getting on WI getting a pic of a webkinz in the webkinz section and paint from there! Then when ww is working go back to your designs! Have fun and hope this helps!
